Marketing & Distribution

Vacation rental marketing is complicated, and the competition in Cape Town is tough. We have large seasonal swings, and there are a huge number of options available to travellers. We don’t only rely on the two big OTA’s, Airbnb and Booking.com, but list our portfolio on more than 45 different online platforms. In addition to this, we have close relationships with large inbound tour operators and travel designers and use expert digital marketing techniques to ensure travellers will find our properties and therefore increase the chances of booking.

We use a number of different pricing tools to ensure that your property is priced correctly. It’s a balance to ensure that your property doesn’t sit empty for too long, but equally that you are maximising your revenue during periods of higher demand.

Property Care

With revenue comes a certain amount of wear and tear. Our job is to ensure that your property stays in fantastic condition. We do this in a number of ways, including regularly inspections by hosts, PROs, quality control and senior management. We have systems to ensure that we are doing both proactive and reactive maintenance. We insist on daily housekeeping to ensure that there are always eyes in the property, looking after your interests.

The other primary issue with taking care of a property, is guest behaviour. We minimise the risks by ensuring there is a high level of guest vetting and verification, suitable insurances, noise monitoring, and by always having members of the team available to respond to issues at the properties.
