What Property Management services does Nox offer?
We offer two property management services. A fully comprehensive management solution where we take care of everything for you, or a marketing-only service where we handle the Marketing and bookings, but you are still hands-on with guests and property care.
What are your property management fees?
Depending on the Management solution required, our fees are 20% or 12% ex VAT. For more details, view our Pricing Explained page here.
How do you determine the optimal rental price for my property?
We use historical Nox data and current data provided by smart pricing technology.
What kind of property care does Nox provide?
We have dedicated in-house Quality Control, Maintenance and Housekeeping teams that offer comprehensive property care including regular inspections, proactive and reactive maintenance, and daily housekeeping. How does Nox ensure the safety and security of my property and guests?
We use an industry-leading guest screening and damage resolution partner for all non-Airbnb bookings (Airbnb has its own insurance for its bookings). After confirmation, all guests need to complete a verification through this service, which offers full cover for all guest damages caused to the property to the value of R20 million. As a standard, we also have noise-monitoring devices installed in noise-risk properties.

We have various and extensive marketing channels. Our live booking website and Social Media accounts attract direct guests. Over the last 20+ years, we’ve created and nurtured an extensive network of Travel Agents and Tour Operators.
